With the fast development of modern science, motion control, especially, the high speed high precision servo control is widely used in many fields of high technology. Generally, the analysis of magnetic materials on-line system with the load is harder than off-line. But on-line analysis is helpful for application to set up proper parameter.First, the model of typical speed servo system is set up. The time and frequency domain index of servo control system and their influence on system testing is analyzed, and a method of frequency analysis-Fourier Transform and it’s fast arithmetic-FFT are introduced. Then the theory of correlative identification and how to use it in identifying the pulse response of servo control system is introduced. Finally, a hardware platform is established for data sampling and processing. Based on Ti’s CCS as development environment, C language is used to code the main program. It is important to be able to quantify the benefits of any new controller. Although computer simulations are useful, field trials are also vital. The variability of the real wind means that particular care is needed in the design of the trials.And this article present a new controller on base of the PIDNN algorithms, And analyzing the characteristic of the new controller. A few of the wind models were discussed. Comparing of the wind model, the model which was made in the simulink of the matlab was selected. Combining the operating characteristics of electric loading system, an improved structure of the single neuron PID control strategy is proposed. In order to have a better performance on restraining surplus torque, a complex control strategy that combines PID control with the diagonal recurrent neural network control is provided subsequently based on the compensation control idea. The four-quadrant transducer drive system is a novel drive system used for hybrid electric vehicle (HEV), and it becomes one of the most competitive and ideal drive systems due to its compact structure and advantages of series-parallel hybrid. Some research has been carried out on the four-quadrant transducer (4QT) which is the key part in the four-quadrant transducer drive system.Firstly, the magnetic-circuit model of the radial-radial flux 4QT is established, and magnetic field and the electromagnetic torque are analyzed. The problem about the magnetic coupling neodymium standard state between the stator machine (SM) and double rotor machine (DRM) is discussed, which draws the conclusion that little magnetic coupling exists between the SM and the DRM.Then, the inductances of the 4QT prototype are calculated with a phasor-diagram based 2D finite-element method (FEM). In order to consider the effect of cross magnetization on the d- and q-axis inductances, the traditional two-axis machine model is modified by including the cross-coupling inductances. Meanwhile, the eddy-current effect on the inductances is discussed. The calculated inductances and the experimental ones are in good agreement, which proves the correctness of the calculating method.The thermal analysis is implemented based on the 2D FEM simulation model, and the temperature fields of the 4QT prototype with different loads are obtained. The simulation is validated by the comparisons with the experiment.Lastly, the research on the cooling system of the 4QT prototype is performed. The magnetic particle, base fluid and surface activating agent are rationally chosen. The water base, oil base and ester based Fe3O4 magnetic fluid are prepared by chemical method and their hydrophobic and oleophobic performances are investigated. The effects of preparation technique on the magnetization characteristics, viscosity characteristics and suspension stability of the prepared Fe3O4 magnetic fluid are also discussed.

The self-tuning fuzzy - PID controller is established, and it is applied in brushless DC motor without position sensors control system, receiving better control effect.On the basis of brushless DC motor control system theory simulation, the control programme baseing on DSP technology with and without position sensor is proposed. hardware circuit such as the main circuit, power driver circuit, voltage and current circuit, serial communication circuit, logic control and protection circuit are designed, combining with the characteristics of TI’s DSP control chips TMS320F2812 as well as making a three-phase Brushless DC motor as the astrocytes control object. We first analyzed the oil supply control methods of turbojet engine and the present development situation and tendency of the electrical fuel pump using in the miniature engine oil supply system. Referring overseas similar engine oil supply control methods, we designed electrically operated oil supply system by using brush permanent magnet direct-current servo motor meshing the gear pump.Analyzing the electrical fuel pump working mechanism, we chose bipolar H bridge type PWM converter as the driving scheme of the DC servo motor in the electrical fuel pump, and used the entire closed-loop control system, which was formed by the voltage negative feedback electric current compensate control system replacing the traditional speed negative feedback, as the control scheme of the motor. Then we established the voltage negative feedback electric current compensate control system mathematical model based on the mathematical models of the DC servo motor, the bipolar H bridge http://www.999magnet.com/products/108-alnico-magnets PWM converter and the voltage negative feedback electric current compensate control element, and designed the controller of electrical fuel pump control system by using the PID control method, and simulating the control system in the Simulink environment of MATLAB software.Based on the designed system, bipolar H bridge type PWM (pulse width modulation) motor-driven control hardware system was designed, which was used 83C552 MCU produced by PHILIPS Corporation as its master control chip. Field Oriented Control with I_d = 0 is applied whose torque ripples are small, and wide speed could be gained. A complex photoelectric encoder with low cost is used as Neodymium Magnets the position and detection of rotor. The endoer makes the start of PMSM easy. The samples of phase currents emplore two hall sensors which have the high precision. The current control loop and the speed loop use the anti-integration saturation PI contorller to improve the interface immunity and obtain good tracking perfomance.The system provides fast response and sufficient precision control of speed and position, and its speed is steady. It enables automatic functions such as needle positioning, automatic trimmer and wiper, backtacking, constant-stitch sewing. Besides, the system has the self-checking function and the PID controller whose parameters could be adjusted easily which improve the system’s applicability.
To different PMSMs, good effect of control could be gained by simple adjustment of PID controller. However, the development of DSP technology can strongly support the implementation of advanced control theory and complex control algorithm. But in the development of motor control based on DSP, there are such many deficiencies as low efficiency and more needs for professional knowledge.Therefore, based on TMS320F2812 DSP and the toolbox Embedded Target for TI C2000 DSP in Matlab7.0, a design scheme of universal developing platform for motor control is proposed, which can greatly improve the developing efficiency neodymium prices of the motor control.
