摘要:Mechanism and characteristics of magnetic particle′s solid-liquid separation in rare earth magnetic Neodymium Magnets
http://www.999magnet.com/products/110-sintered-neodymium-magnets field were studied. Magnetic force resulted from magnet is a function of magnet′s magnetization M and particle′s position x. It weakens significantly with increase of spatial distance x. Two groups of comparative experiments were carried out. It was found out that presence of Nd-Fe-B magnet gives much shorter free settling and pressing time in gravitational separation and shorter pressing time in centrifugal separation. Expressions for effective acting distance of permanent magnetic field in gravitational settling and centrifugal settling were summarized based on the analysis and experiments.
