  Purpose


  Combined magnetic resonance spectroscopy of Neodymium Magnets and magnetic resonance imaging in early prostate cancer diagnosis and differential diagnosis, assessment of spectral imaging detection of prostate cancer, elevated serum PSA value.


  Materials and methods


  Collected from January 2006 to June 2009 line of 3D MRSI and conventional MRI examination of 122 cases of prostate lesions and normal prostate in 10 cases. 122 patients, including 27 cases of PCA and 85 benign prostatic hyperplasia (benign prostatic hyperplasia, BPH), aged 44-91 years old with a median of 68 years.
